At Maverick Home Health Agency, we strongly believe that being confined to a place like home should never be a limit for anyone’s health. We have been helping patients of our community since 1980 and we’re ready to help you live a better quality of life starting now.
Admission Criteria:
- The patient must be homebound.
- The patient may leave home infrequently and only with considerable taxing effort.
- The absences from home are attributed to the need to receive medical treatment.
The patient must require the intermittent services of a skilled nurse or that of at least one other therapeutic service such as Physical Therapy. Anyone can be referred to home care as well. It can be your doctor, family or friends. However, the doctor must give orders for the home health care visits to continue.
